For the past 20 years, Andrea has worked as a Manager and Director in the customer service industry, supporting teams, leaders, and multiple organizations in their success by positioning them for future success, developing others, structuring and implementing effective procedures, delivering on promises to clients, and creating a strong network of satisfied customers and colleagues.

Andrea was able to leverage her communication skills, time management expertise, organization tactics, critical thinking skills and knowledge through her experience to pivot into real estate as a Transaction Manager. In this role, she helps real estate professionals - identify and develop sustainable solutions for process improvement, maintain industry compliance standards, increase operational efficiency in the transaction process, grow their client relationships and business, and provide a new level of customer service.
